These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bellsprout Technologies Private Limited. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
ITR Pro.tax provides a software platform for United States (Forms 1040, State) and Japan (Kakutei Shinkoku) tax preparation, including FBAR/FATCA. Important: Our Service is a "Preparation Only" platform. We do not e-file returns on your behalf. We are a tax preparation software provider, not a legal firm.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You must review your final tax return PDF for errors. You agree to retain all receipts for at least 7 years. We are not liable for penalties due to incorrect information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for printing, signing, and mailing your tax returns to the appropriate tax authorities by the statutory deadlines. ITR Pro.tax is not responsible for late filing penalties.
Payment is required before downloading final forms. Refund Policy: You may request a full refund before you download your final tax return PDF. After generation/download, no refunds will be issued.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the City of India, M.P., India. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indore, M.P., India.
